Ingredients 2¾ cups of plain flour 3 teaspoons of baking powder ½ teaspoon of salt ½ cup of grated parmesan 1 cup of milk Toppings pizza sauce, grated cheese MethodPreheat the oven to 220°C (425 Fahrenheit). Place the flour, baking powder, salt and parmesan into a mixing bowl and gradually add the milk to produce a dough. Remove the dough from the bowl and place onto a clean surface covered with plain flour. Gently roll out the dough with a rolling pin, dust with flour to prevent sticking. Roll dough into one large pizza or two smaller servings. Place the rolled out dough onto a baking paper covered tray and start to add the toppings before placing into an oven. Let cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until crispy. Served with Pomegranate Iced Tea available from T2.
Toppings: cheese, olives, pepperoni, snow peas and rocket and spinach (added after baking)
